For us, finding a home was the easy part, and it’s not much of an exaggeration to say that Stan took care of the rest.  For Stan, the real work had just begun, (just as we were leaving town.)  He made sure our financing and insurance were in order for closing.  He tapped into his network of trusted contractors – a big help because we didn’t know anyone for these types of things – to schedule the painting, carpet installation, and minor repairs.  He supervised all their work, made sure it was done right, and even sent us videos along the way.  By the time we moved in, our home was in great shape.  He did a great job for us and without any hesitation we’d be happy to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Santa Barbara area.

As a person, Stan was a pleasure to work with.  He was easy to talk to, a good listener, easy to contact, and always prompt at returning our calls or answering our questions.  We always felt that we were in the loop even though we were three time zones away!  Best of all, Stan is a realtor who makes it his job to help you meet your goals rather than his own.
