Bel Air Knolls was one of the last housing developments built in the City of Santa Barbara, so most of the homes date from the 1960's. Being built on "knolls" between Modoc, Las Positas and Manitou Roads, these homes are conveniently located between the City and the ocean. Many of these house have views of the City, mountains and even some have ocean views. Many more do not have views, but offer ample livable square footage as compared to other similarly price homes in the City. What these homes may lack for in charm is made up in functionality.
