As far as I see, Stan is the top tier of this market. And this is coming from someone who, to be totally honest, does not like salesmen in general, and has some very strong feelings about certain real estate agents. In other words, I am no softie. That said, I am totally satisfied with Stan and can recommend him without reservation.
